Level 5 turn update needed, York Pa

There is a new turn restriction on Mt Rose Ave at Chambers Hill Rd. A level 5 is needed to update this turn. They have removed the traffic light and made west bound Mt Rose Ave a no left turn onto Chambers Hill Rd. I am unable to change that turn.
