There are some incorrect turns at the linked intersections. Could I get the locked road(s) unlocked to correct the error?

Fixed and unlocked.

Two things I noticed:
a. There’s no names on those exit/entrance ramps
b. If U-turns are allowed at that intersection, could you turn them on?
