Roadway needs to be unlocked (or updated) to reflect the new naming conventions as per the Waze Guide and discussion in the DE forum. Should be DE-1 N.

Where do we want this highway to be locked at? If you’re going to change the name along its length, this would be a good time to check the ramp names, connectivity and city names (although I’m a proponent of leaving off city names for freeways). Would it be alright to unlock the entire road to level 3 for the time being? Maybe we should raise this question in the Delaware forum?
If we could change the entire length of DE-1 and US-13 to level 3, I could start to rename and check all the ramps. I always shied away from doing this in the past because of the lock restrictions, but if we can do it all in one shot that would be good. Afterwards I would definitely suggest re-locking to level 5.
We could raise this in the DE forum, but being that it tends to be myself, you, and Jondrush posting in there for the most part, could be a moot point 
Can you edit DE-1 all the way down to the Maryland state line?
Yes, I have driven that route through DE and into MD many times so I can technically edit as long as the segments are set at level 3 or lower.
EDIT* I take that back. Just realized that the farthest south I can go on DE-1 is just south of Dewey Beach. So there is a small section from Dewey to MD that I cannot edit.
