Need part of US-40 unlocked in Havre de Grace, MD to update turn restrictions.

After I update, I will request a level 5 to re-lock all the roads and ramps to prevent additional mess-ups. This is the third time I’m fixing some of the restrictions in the area that are not easily discernible from the satellite view.

If I recall correctly, there are no signs saying “no U-turn” – I will double check on my way home from work today.
