I went to change this intersection to a roundabout like its counterpart just to the left on the map, and found it to be locked.

If I might add my 2 cents.
I have not seen any UR’s in this area since kentsmith9 made these changes back in Oct. I’ve already submitted requests to have the Bing aerial imagery updated for the Rolla MO area as well.
Since we’re not getting complaints about routing, etc, I’d prefer this area be updated in the future after the aerial’s get updated or MODOT releases updated maps.
