Need to add a PLR entrance and enable the entrance turn at the existing one.

Also note: This segment is locked too high for standards and the opposite side was not locked at all (I’ve put it to 2).

I’ve lowered so you can update. If you can make a PL with all segments that need to be locked to 4 after you make the connection, that would be great. Thanks!
