The highlighted ramp is coming off at a bad angle. If you’re traveling south from Washington St -> Surface Rd, and want to go on the highlighted ramp, it will say to “turn left” (as I saw in a recent UR). It should come off at a shallower angle so that the directions say to “stay to the left.”

It’s hard to get the geometry to work in every direction, but I think the minor change I just made will do the trick. Anyone coming south on N Washington will now get a “stay to the left” to take the ramp, and as an added bonus (because of the name change), might also get a “stay to the right” to go onto Surface Rd.
FWIW, please tread with caution around the Central Artery. GPS puts Wazers on the wrong road more often than the right, and URs/MPs rarely indicate what the real problem is. (That, and the weeks that it took me to get those tunnels & all those ramps connected properly, are the main reasons everything is locked.)
