The visible pavement markings indicate that left turns from Baldwin St southbound and Winchester Rd eastbound are not allowed into this gas station.

I think it’s better to have just one segment rather than split segments, and have the appropriate turn restrictions.
Unfortunately, Baldwin St N is a Level 5 Rd. Can you edit your thread title so it has Level 5?

Sorry about that, must have forgot a ctrl-c in the process. First, I verified the segments you posted and turns are correct for those (and the corresponding threads were marked solved).
And your guess was correct regarding my messed up permalink.
