Reason: Recent changes have made this a directional median opening. Eastbound and westbound thru and left movements are no longer permitted. I would like to change the turn restrictions and add a junction box.

Unless I’m not following you, I think you’re going to need all these unlocked:

You are correct, all of these segments will need to be unlocked.
