Added parking lot road which needs to connect to level 2 street. I’m looking to add the allowed turns.

You actually want to give a link to the segments you need lowered (Three Mile Rd in this case). Then whoever is responding can just click the link and already have all the needed segments selected without having to look around. I’ve lowered it to 1 so you can connect it and set the TR’s (turn restrictions).
Please be sure to fix the name/city fields (check them to None) on the PLR too.
Ok I’ll try to make a link to the road in question on the next one.
This one has been completed and the road should be upgraded again.
