A couple of notes on private roads like this. The first segment into a gated community should be the only segment set as a PR (Private Road). The time penalty that is applied for a PR is only applied at the PR transitions to a PLR (Parking Lot Rd). So in this case it would be appropriate to have the first segment set as a PR and the second segment should be set as a PLR. An example of this correct setup can be seen nearby here
Just a note about the complex to the south it PR should be converted to a PLR as there is it is not gated and thus doesn’t meet the requirements for a private installation

Thank you so much for helping me! I will take a look at the PR page again and try to fix the ones I can. Unfortunately, when saving it complains that an unknown error has occurred. I think this might be because it is very close to the edge of my edit radius.
