Need two separate sets of segments unlocked for road type correction to conform to CA CRS Functional Class maps, and to correct a few disallowed turns:

For the second link, I have unlocked these segments, which Caltrans shows as minor hwy: https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-121.13156&lat=37.74725&layers=133&zoom=6&segments=77788679,77788712,62776515,72894265,72894307. The other segments you linked are streets, according to Caltrans. Please let me know if you have another source and I will work with you on those segments as well.

On the second link, you are correct about the minor highway designated segments, and all road types are now updated. I needed the north leg of Fulton unlocked, however, to fix the left turn restriction for traffic traveling NW on Arc that want to turn left and travel SW on Fulton to go over SR 99 here: https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-121.13191&lat=37.74802&layers=133&zoom=8&segments=72894265. That is why I also requested this segment unlocked: https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-121.13076&lat=37.74793&layers=133&zoom=6&segments=77788713 Since one of the three legs of that junction is still locked, I am unable to modify any turn restriction for any attached segment. Once I fix this last turn, I can close this topic.

I also fixed the parking lot loop. Honestly, my first instinct when I looked at it was to just delete it entirely - I hate those little dead end parking lot roads that service no purpose. I also thought they went against the recommended practices…
One last question, if you don’t mind - on the few segments I’ve changed from street to primary street due to having a FC of Collector, should I also be increasing the lock from the default 1 to 2?
All segments have been re-locked. Good job fixing that one segment. I think that PLR might not be necessary although having it there does follow the best practices in the the gas stations wiki article. And yes, please lock PS segments at 2.
