Reason for request:

U-Turn restriction at 3 different interchanges.

On South Brand Blvd U-turns are restricted in both directions. UR and SV verified, signage on traffic light located on center island on the three cross streets listed below. I checked SV from Truman St to Omelveny.

San Fernando Rd
Pico St
Celis St

I am a LA Mapraid volunteer on borrowed time. Need to reduce the segments between South Brand Blvd to 13 meters so Waze will restrict U-Turns at these intersections. If I can still edit in the area at the time of the unlock I am willing to make the changes.

This looks like it does need to be fixed but because of the junction style and the fact that left turns are allowed, I think it needs more work than just turn restriction changes. My understanding is that the cross-segments will need to be shortened or the junction changed to a bowtie style.

spedracr - 14 meters is fine for this technique
