Reason for request:
Change City from Darling Harbour to Sydney on 3 segments.
And already changed to Sydney.

It also appears to be no more than a pick-up/drop-off for the Crowne Plaza.
Could not do much with the loop except delete it.
When trying to recreate it I noticed the following entry to Cross City Tunnel is at Ground level, causing issues with reconnecting the deleted Day St segment (and presumably other streets too).
Not exactly sure what elevation it should be set to, but the other CCT segment it joins is at -2. It looks like this segment could be from -1 to -4.
