Hi.
Please respond so I know when to properly relock this section… ? Thanks!
I’ve lowered that stretch of Olive Ave for you so you can connect the other parking lot roads you added, and enable the proper turns.https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-120.47144&lat=37.31894&layers=2981&zoom=5&segments=86849187,86810981,86814981,86814818
By the way, it looks like you touched a lot of the places in these shopping centers. Remember for proper navigation, the place points should be directly at the front door of the establishment, not in the center. Otherwise it will screw with the navigation to the front door. Have you read https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/Places/Parking_lot ? They should be complete with address.
Are you in touch with the other CA editors yet? There is a google + page for editors.

MojaveCactusMonkey - Notice that this was submitted as an “Update” request, rather than unlock request.
Thank you MojaveCactusMonkey for the unlock. Before locking, I do not understand why the other parking lot road I added has not triggered a segment split of the segment you unlocked so that I can indicate the allowed turns. What do I need to do?
And thank you for pointing out the correct positioning of the place points. I will review the ones I have done and adjust accordingly.
Thank you whatnt for pointing out the request. So for things like this, I should request an unlock and not an update. I’ll be sure to do that going forward.
kshwithunix, you are always free to request either update or unlock, as per the unlock/update posting guidelines. So many editors request unlock that sometimes we responders assume it’s an unlock without looking at the request. I’m certainly guilty of that!
Would you like to edit the segments you added by connecting them to W Olive? That street is still lowered to 1, so you have access to it.
It is also perfectly fine if you would prefer this stay an “update” request. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume it should remain an “update” and will finish it out.
We do hope that, however it is finished, you’ll be able to verify and mark as solved once it’s done, as per the posting guidelines linked above. Cheers!
