At this node, the turn from Marina Blvd going west turning around back into the segment going east (basically a u-turn) needs to be disabled, as u-turns are not allowed there.

Verified & disabled. I also shortened the AGC considerably, it had been so long it was very likely to confuse drivers into making an early turn.
I’m not a fan of most AGCs and would have preferred to remove this one altogether. But I’ve never been able to build local consensus on any systematic approach to AGCs one way or the other, so I left it in. With the AGC left in place, it was important to disable the right turn at the intersection so Waze didn’t have two different ways to turn right there. Anyway, you’re welcome to look after the pile of URs 
Glad you caught this! The editor whose name was last associated with this intersection appears to have had a great deal of energy and free time but misunderstood some things about editing. I fear we may find more where this came from.
