Left turns onto WB St. Clair from NB Meridian have the correct restrictions (7a-9a, 4p-6p). Left turns onto EB St. Clair from SB Meridian are incorrect; they should be the same restrictions. They are currently set at 7a-6p.

I am still not able to make any changes, I believe the segments of Meridian on both sides of St. Clair need to be 2 for me to make changes to the turn restrictions.
