The left turn from SB Crooks Rd to a restaurant complex on East is prohibited. There is a no left turn sign facing North at the mouth of the driveway. Therefore please disable the left turn from Crooks Rd.

Are you certain the prohibited left turn is from SB Crooks Rd? Seems like an odd place for a left turn sign (at the mouth of the driveway). It seems more likely that the prohibited left turn is intended from the parking lot driveway to SB Crooks Rd. Is there any physical or flush median preventing a left turn to the driveway from SB Crooks Rd?
Is there any verification of the prohibited left turn? StreetView still shows construction going on
In the below picture, there are two no left turn signs. Those signs are permanent signs.
Moreover, another left turn is prohibited from the driveway to SB Crooks Rd. It is because the driveway is close to a major crossing.
