My Level: 1
I have added a new parking lot road segment, but need it connected to the main road (Old Black Colony Road).

Thank you for joining in editing in Texas. The Parking Lot area should not be mapped. You might want to look at the Texas Wiki at https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/Texas#Places for guidance about this. I have connected the PLR for you. Also, remember to set the City and Street name when adding segments. Use the “none” check box when it is appropriate.
