Reason for request: Hi, can these 2 segments be downlocked to Lvl 3 so I can redraw the roundabout. There was on issue with the roundabout (an additional, unnecessary node) so I deleted it ready to redraw not realising that the 2 roads highlighted are locked above my level. Thanks
