Reason for request:
UR states that the time-restricted left turn on NB Hemlock is now full-time restricted due to heavy construction in the area. The SB may have similar? I’ll drive past here later today so will check on this.

If this/these should be changed to full time no-left, please lower these segments to L2 for corrections.
