Reason for request: improve the alignment of Coast Meridian Road, which has been quite poor since it was widened, and remove an excess node.

Also, I didn’t notice at the time, but I need this unlocked as well.
Eastbound David just before Coast Meridian automatically locks to 2, it will need to be L4. The PLRs also need L3 because of the turn restrictions.
Looking at the intersection of David and Coast Meridian itself, should I change it so it uses only one junction node, or would it be better to keep it as is? From personal experience, I know that left turns from NB to WB often have to wait significantly longer than through NB traffic.
Where did you get to with the editing relating to this thread? I was working on verification of lock levels in the area and have probably locked things up here so let me know what is left and needing an unlock. For David and Coast, I think what is appropriate here is to un-divide David. I don’t see a good reason for it to be divided. Before I do that however, what are your thoughts on that approach? It will take a little preparation before proceeding and a few weeks of traffic data collection.
I got through all the editing except for the few segments that never got unlocked. This is what needs to be unlocked for me to do the rest.
I agree that David should not be divided. I support your decision to go ahead and undivide.
