In regards to the red PLRs across the street - I sent the editor a PM last Thursday. In the PM, I explained that there were problems with the additions to the map, gave them a few relevant wiki links, and asked them to join our Hangout chat so that we could discuss the issues and fix them. I gave them until this Thursday, the 4th, before I went ahead and corrected the issues myself.
After reviewing this user’s profile today, it appears that they have 500+ edits within the last month… I opened a few of them and they all appear to be either unconfirmed or have some sort of problem.
