Reason for request: Northbound in Richmond Rd it is not allowed to turn either left or right onto Carling Ave. Southbound on Richmond it’s not allowed to turn left onto Carling. My suggestion would be to undivide Carling Ave, or at least bow-tie that intersection.
I don’t understand how northbound would restrict right turn onto Carling Ave as there is an AGC there.
Ok, I see what you meant after looking at SV. I have adjusted the intersection and, unlike my normal approach, I have added AGCs as I believe they are needed here. Undividing Carling would be a good idea…but it would be a huge job. We will leave that for another day
