Request Unlock or connection of an unfinished road.
Back in the middle of March I went to a Pub along the Thames Street and parked in Trinity Square. The reason for this was due to the fact I know that one side of the road is in Tower Hamlets which means Free Parking after 5:30pm. Anyway I noticed a few missing named Roads off Lower and Upper Thames Street. (Original Post Here) These have been added but I could not connect this road due to a closure in place. So I left it unfinished so when I looked on this bit of London it would remind me to finish it.
