Reason for request: Adjust geometry to match the project outline and GPS tracks, add in by-pass lane which will require L4+ JB. (have it centered pretty accurately on WME - see attached pic)
bypass road is currently the only open route into the park, haven’t had a single UR though since this partially opened up almost a year ago. This is expected to fully open at the end of the month.

Made the changes, will grab PLs later. Gonna drive out and check it first to see if it needs anything else before full opening on the 31st.
Alright, took a drive through today. Wilkson Ave isn’t even near completion, going to leave all the RTCs (extended past Mar 31) in place until I can get confirmation from Public Works or a UR.
Everything seems to be working smoothly for routing, once RTCs are removed we may need a JB for the by-pass ramps in the roundabout(s), but should be good for now.
