Reason for request: Just some upgrades… Alignment w/ GPS, PLRs, review speed limits, review functional class, lots more… In process of overhaul on Truro/Biblehill region so just need segments locked to L3 for the next week or two. Doubt all segments will be edited but requesting to unlock just in case.

All good to relock. Sorry for the huge delay of nearly 2 months on this post. Permalinks should be good, I think I got all segments… might want to use LS script to make sure it’s all locked once you’ve looked at it.
