To add a closure from 21st to 30th october inclusive 24/7

Not as the closure report says which has it just for 8 days.

If it can be downgraded, I will remove the closure as AM once the roadworks are finished and then close this report asking for it to be relocked in case they do finish them early.

You don’t need to remove an old closure or were you thinking about using a restriction.
Closure are better as work in real-time and can therefore be added and removed very quickly without having to wait for any map updates.
