Reason for request: need to disable left turn from Safeway parking lot onto Rucker as it is crossing double yellow line very close to the traffic light and is illegal. Thanks ahead.
Normally crossing double yellow is legal for turns, not passing. But there is a right turn only arrow from the parking lot. Unlocked.
