Yes, you would be a level 1. Unfortunately, none of the segments you need us to close were selected. It would also be handy if you could give us a source or some idea of where to start looking for the duration of the closure.
To serve the segments we need, please go back and select them-you can hold the ctl or cmd depending on OS to multi select. Then hover over the chain icon in the bottom right corner. Right click and copy to the clipboard. Paste the result in here, please.
