I have enable the UTurn here but I’m a little concerned as SV does not indicate that UTurns are allowed here. Can you ask the OP if they can state if the UTurn is legally allowed, or just something people do routinely. If it’s the latter, I would not be comfortable leaving the UTurn in place and would be inclined to remove it.

Well, (just checked the drivers ed book) it’s allowed there since it’s not a curve, visibility is good and there’s no sign saying you’re not allowed to (I come there frequently). People living in the neighbourhood north of Carling often take that U-turn to travel east on Carling. Also, further along Carling there are intersections where it is forbidden, so I guess the city did think about it.

Ok, you are right. Most places in Canada, afaik, if a UTurn is not expressly forbidden it’s allowed.

I will leave it as is.
