I am sifting through the MPs from the Liverpool area and currently have the following list of turns that should be allowed that I cannot update due to being L4 segments.

  2. if Google Streetview is to be believed, the MP is caused by people driving the wrong way down a 1-way street. The southern section (only) of Blessington Rd should be 1-way northbound. No downlock needed to correct street direction.

4 & 5) downlocked. Whole junction looks a mess. Should be a cross-roads, not a staggered junction. Road segment between the dual carriageway of the Major Highway should probably be a Street, possibly a Major Highway, but certainly not a Minor Highway since there are no Minor Highway roads around.

All sorted now and followed your recommendation and have updated junction (4 & 5). You can now re-uplock.

P.S. Whilst checking the junctions around there to ensure correct turn restrictions, I noted that this segment https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=row&lon=-2.95521&lat=53.47280&layers=133&zoom=6&segments=123390522 has a left hand turn enabled from node B when there is a filter lane. Can you please amend. Thank you
