Reason for request: Would like to shorten the Ash St segment between SW Marine Dr to prevent U-turns. A UR shows a U-turn failure here.

Updated, I also added a turn restriction to the segment of Ash to further prevent U-turns. Could you please lock the segment to L3. Thanks
