My Level: 2
Reason for request: Traffic on US 31 has been shifted onto new outside lanes (which will I believe eventually become on- and off-ramps) while the main part of US-31 is torn up and re-paved between 116th and 103rd streets in Carmel. Though the waze app is having no trouble with the adjustment, since the new lanes are permanent I want to go ahead and add them. When finished I’ll need to request closures on the main portion of US-31 as well.

This segment just needs to be opened, raised in elevation by one, and re-closed (I think the closures on either side of the actual overpass should be sufficient in the short term). No need to unlock since I can’t do closures anyway
