you can split the road there if you want. Seems better option with the extensions i see south of there as well.

I’ve split the carriageways up to the roundabout South of here.
I’ve not bothered the other side of that roundabout, or with any of the unused roads to the South West.
I’ve had a look at the GPS tracks, and there’s very little sign of anyone driving here (and nothing really to drive to)
Apart from that, Complete. 
Yeah seems like it s a new development project over there. But it can’t hurt to place the roads when the asphalt is there. Then when people want to drive there, waze is the first who had the roads
