Request Unlock to set the levels of these roads to the railway line. 
We generally set railways to elevation -5, which I’ve done here for you.

Please unlock to Level 3 and reset the Level to ground. It would be nice if you could do what I requested originally asked for please.
P.S. I accidentally deleted this rail line so spent an hour or so redrawing it.
The only part I would like unlocked is the A1302 then I can set the bridge over the railway.
Also the L5 part of A14 / A1302 needs to be set to +1 above Ground.
