Reason for request: There’s a UR here & a missing straight through lane in the underpass. However, I’ve selected the entire lot for unlocking rather than just the segments involved as I’m wondering why it’s all been locked to 5 rather than the 3 of the surrounding areas anyway. Was there an issue with this intersection that required locking this up?
OK will check with glomp why. The intersection is very complex & I think unnecessarily so. Any objections if I simplify it?

You make a good point. I drive that intersection every day so know it well. I’ve asked glomp about the lock reason & will also check why it was left like that. Having corresponded with glomp before, he’s out of touch for a little while due to other commitments, so might take a little while to get back to me.

Before Glomp made changes (@ my and a couple of other editors request) we were receiving multiple UR a week at this intersection, I would advise against making any changes other than adding the through lane, most users were objecting to waze (but it wasn’t the only issue) telling them to continue straight from the Epping Rd westbound off ramp to the Epping Rd westbound on ramp then looping around Paul St then Lane Cove Rd Northbound as from memory they would be advised to keep right (which was the congested lane) then be told to continue straight, so the data was incorrect, as you can see on streetview the straight through lane is best accessed by driving down the left lane during peak which takes you to Lane Cove Rd Southbound & the small straight through lane.
Agree. I was planning on keeping that particular feature, but a few others can be simplified.
(I’m having problems with WME at the moment in that I can’t make any edits. I make them, hit Save, it looks like it’s been saved, then the map reloads exactly how it was before I made the edits. I don’t know what’s going on, but previous forum postings on this same issue seem to suggest that it’s a temporary issue that will spontaneously resolve, so I’m sitting tight for now & will wait a few more days before seeking further advice.)
