Reason for request: Speed limit change - 110 Down to 100.
Construction underway to split highway, but speed limit remains at 100 until complete ~end 2022

It may be faster if you could make the change rather than unlock

Hi,

The permalink was too zoomed in. I tried selecting the segments manually, but I may have missed some. Let me know if any other segments should be lowered to 100 km/h.

Whoops, this might of been a bit confusing (Phase 1 of divided highway opened fully in 2021) - these segments are 110km/h, not 100km/h Permalink

Phase 2 is still 100km/h which is now updated per your changes today.

Map comment reflects where the speed limit changes

Good to relock (same permalink as most recent post), updated w/ permission from prag - had to adjust alignment as well of W bound lane.
