Reason for request: redo the Hwy 1 / Willingdon Ave interchange and the Willingdon Ave / Canada Way intersection without the AGCs to allow more intuitive LG, and add shield instructions. This JB needs to be temporarily removed.

Technically I would move it and reattach the A end to this node. There was a short discussion about these intersections in the BC Discord channel and we seem to agree that the long turn lanes do not need their own segment, but I can confirm this if you want
