Permalink #4 (and north of PL) Starting here and going north for both SR-17 N & SR-17 S up to northern end of SR-17 (Mahwah).
Lowered. Please make sure to check elevations for all segments as I saw a few that didn’t need to have an elevation. Also the ramp will need to be locked back to 5 since it connects to a FWY segment.

SL’s checked & updated. Elevations checked and the extraneous ones removed (I believe I got them all). Ramps can be raised to 5 where connected to FWY segments.
Looks good. I just raised the ramp as you stated to 5 and left everything else at 3 per the new standard. Mark solved when you get a chance.
Just curious - were there large gaps in SL on route 17? Because I did the whole length of it a few months ago…
There were a few gaps here and there.
