L5 is what we are keeping them as in Atlantic Canada from past conversation, mainly concerned about tourist editors and because highways rarely needing to be edited. @restless_in_nb
All the above exits have been completed with Falcon tweaks and VI, but… still a few minor things below I need to fix. Should be the same PLs. Can provide new ones if requested.

Happy to say, Highway 102 is complete from Exit 0 to 15 
I relocked all of it except Exit 10, which I brought down to L4 so you can make the required changes.
