Reason for request: Need to update ramp configuration. Construction of double roundabout ongoing. See map comment.
This is currently closed until Aug 31 so although I can remove the closure, change the lock level and reapply it, you won’t be able to make any changes because once you create new segment IDs you will need to wait for a tile build to reapply closures. If this ramp is closed for the duration of the works, you could disconnect it entirely, reapply the closure, wait for a tile build, then remove the closure and make the necessary modifications. Alternatively you can leave it as is and make all of the changes when the works are complete.

Ok, I’ve create a new ramp completely. Geometry can be tweeked once done. In reality, part of the old ramp is being reused for the new ramp. A good diagram mentioned in the map comment for this new double roundabout.
In Waze, the old ramp is being demolished. Could you disconnect it as you mentioned above? I can wait for the tile build and then delete it.
Edit: Hmm. Was I supposed to be able to connect to the R5 highway like that? I notice I can’t remove it now. I fixed the ramp to be one-way when I noticed a green arrow that would have diverted traffic 160 degrees onto the ramp.
Closure removed and unlocked.
Thanks. I’ll take it from here and delete it after the tile build. Disconnected the ramp from Homer Watson since I can’t disconnect from the R5 highway.
