Reason for request: Requesting perm downlock to R4 to add PLRs and fix naming as per the Wazeopedia. Eventual undivide south of Grand Marais Rd.
Given traffic volumes here and proximity to the border crossing, I’m not comfortable with permanently making these L4 locks. I’ve uplocked some segments around the border for protection and fixed a few things there too. I’m surprised there were not routing issues based on how it was set up. Please repost with unlocks specific to the segment name updates and PLR attachments.
Ok, I understand, however the naming still needs to be updated. Can I get it unlocked to update that and then I’ll have you relock it? In the City of Windsor, it is signed primarily as Huron Church Rd, and then that naming becomes exclusively Hwy 3 outside the city limits.
Yes, I understand the renaming requirements, but is that all of the segments in the permalinks? I didn’t look in detail…
Permalink 1 is all of the R5 locked segments between College and the E.C. Row Expressway. The second permalink are the segments I see have already been lowered south of Grand Marais.
OK, unlocked. Everything North of Grand Marais will go back to L5, South of Grand Marais can stay at L4.
Can be relocked. There were some random useless nodes I came across that I removed, also I shrank the crossover segments a bit to add U-turn prevention as I noticed many were above 16m. That and not every segment was R5 locked before so here are new Permalinks with every segment between the bridge and Grand Marais.
