Please lower the locks on these segments https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-95.46011&lat=29.73555&zoom=8&segments=83014607,65081917,57819260,71229643&mapUpdateRequest=4414032. There are both naming and turn restriction errors at the Post Oak and Hidalgo intersection.
Fixed the turn restrictions based upon street signage. Unable to find naming issues. Verified all segments from SV.

Naming issue has to do with this segment https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-95.46011&lat=29.73555&zoom=8&segments=57819260. Historically, Hildago west of Post Oak was one-way going west so you could either turn left onto Post Oak to reach Richmond Ave or go straight on Hildago St. That changed a couple of years ago and now this segment is a left-turn only onto Post Oak. If you check SV of this segment you’ll see that they’ve even added a barrier to prevent cars from changing lanes.
I hadn’t considered the road type but this looks more like a ramp than a street.
