Level5 Update: Tullamarine (Exit 14: & Exit 15)

Reason for request: Out of Area / UR / Exits have been modified

There is a UR letting us know about changes (combining) the Ring Road and Mickleham Rd exits from the Tullamarine Freeway.

I found the VicRoads information including a Youtube video which outlines the new changes. In the aerial the work has started.

There is now a Ramp / Exit that goes along beside the freeway (elevated) with bridges for Mickleham Rd and the Mickleham Rd entrance onto the Freeway to go underneath

Heading north on Mickleham Rd and joining the freeway east, restrictions need to be removed on here.

I have added comments where all the ramps need to be, I couldn’t actually draw it unfortunately.

UR1 and UR2 letting us know the road is open.

Step 1

Disconnect east end Entry to M2 - Tullamarine Fwy to City and rejoin it where it connects now
This is the ramp from Mickleham Rd (north and south) to Enter the M2

Step 2
Remove Restrictions on Permalink and Permalink
Which allows traffic going north on Mickleham Rd to join the M2 and also the M8- Western Ring Rd

Also remove restrictions on Permalink which allows you to cross from the Mickleham Rd exit and rejoin either the M2 or M80. If you have taken the Mickleham Exit in error.

Step 3

Disconnect west end Exit 14: Western Ring Rd
It comes all the way back to the west of Mickleham Rd to join Exit 15

It probably doesn’t need a TTS name, but should get “M2” and “M80” Alt names

EDIT:
This needs two bridges. Where it crosses Mickleham Rd also the Entry to M2

Step 4

Create a new Ramp (red) that joins the two re-positioned Entry to M2’ (yellow) and
‘M80 Western Ring Rd’ ramp (pink)

But this is now the Exit to Mickleham Rd & M80: Western Ring Rd

I think I changed Step 3 while you were doing it.
Do you mind moving the M80 ramp back further. My comment box runs ofver the freeway, but it should go beside the freeway, all the way back to the other exit.

Yeah but I had another go on its alignment. We might be just guessing here till we get more information. I can draw the bridges in now

EDIT: The bit we are working on is the very left road, which gets you from Mickleham Rd to M80 ramp
