Reason for request:
Reported by user trying to get on westbound ramp to SR 520 west but the ramp is connected to Lake Washington BLVD NE instead of looping around ramp and connecting to the same intersection of Lake Washington BLVD NE and NE Points Dr so GPS has the option to turn onto ramp to 520 west instead of making users go all the way around.
Requires a level 4 editor in Kirkland WA.
