These segments need driving direction time restrictions. They lead to the Centerline Gate for Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The gate and these segments are open to incoming base traffic from 5 AM to 8 AM and open to outgoing base traffic from 3 PM to 7 PM Monday - Friday. The gate and these segments are closed all other times.
Sorry for the delayed response on this. Restriction was already in place. I have expanded it to the surrounding segments and modified the gate entrance according to standards.
No worries about the response time.
I think I didn’t word my original post correctly. There was one segment that had part of the restrictions already, but it wasn’t entirely correct either. You can go from A→B between 1500 and 1900 which appears to have already been correct on one segment and, if I’m reading this correctly, you’ve now added that restriction to the rest of the segments. However, you can also go from B→A between 0500 and 0800, and I don’t see that in the restrictions. The gate is intended to be open during peak travel hours.
Sorry, I don’t mean to be a bother. Just trying to clean up some of the errors in my area, and also learn this whole waze editing thing. If I’m just confused or not reading the restrictions right, please let me know.
What exact problem were you having and when did it start? The way it was set up previously was that you could enter JBLM from Mounts Gate in the morning and proceed through Centerline Gate. In the evening you could exit Centerline Gate and either take Center Dr to I-5 north or DuPont, or exit through Mounts Rd Gate to I-5 south or towards Nisqually / Yelm. I’ve reverted it back to that. Is it different than what JBLM posts on their website? If so we’ll need some proof of the time changes.
The Center drive entrance to this road/gate has incorrect times listed. The Center drive gate times have change to allow inbound traffic M-F 0500-0800.
It looks like for whatever reason their website does not list the correct times. These changes were made at minimum 6 months ago and that’s just the first time I used this Center Drive inbound entrance.
For now I can provide a snapshot from my dashcam that shows the signs leading towards perimeter road. If you need a better photo I can stop one day snap a picture.
I have this changed now, we’re just waiting for a tile update, which has been delayed.
