You requested a downlock to level 2, but your editing rank is 1 and the segment was already at level 2, so I’ve removed the lock completely so that you can edit the segment.
Are you the person who reported the UR here, or was that somebody else?
In any case, when you’ve finished that segment, can you let us know so that we can return it to its normal lock level?
