Can you select the segment(s) you want to unlock and then create the permalink? If you do that, then the permalink will also identify the segments you want to unlock - I can’t tell which ones you want otherwise.

Segment ID: 395448435. I just wanted to link the parking road with the main road

That’s unlocked now. Please select none for the street name of the Parking lot road segment and let us know when done to re-lock.
