Steps to reproduce this issue:
I got an email that one of the Map Notes I was monitoring was updated. When I click on any of the links in the email, I get a 403 error message.

The permalink below is the link I got when I clicked on a link in the message.

Could you let me know if the issue is still reproducible? As we can’t reproduce it on our end.
